People came to view our museum for the whole morning!

When the museum was closed to the public we opened it for a "private" party for the crew to ask questions to Mrs. Z's class and then they came to visit us!

Then it was time for each pirate to present who they researched, share their facts, and explain how who or what they researched changed the world!

The crew really KNEW their research which showed when they wrote about their famous American person or symbol!!

When asked if they enjoyed this project it was a YES from the Pirate Crew!  A huge thank you goes to the parents for ALL the encouragement and support they gave!

Learning about sound from our 4th grade buddies!

Our fourth grade buddies designed their own instruments and then taught the Pirate Crew about sound!  It was so fun!!
