Today was filled with fun STEM projects! The crew was sorted into groups and then given challenges with limited supplies. They had to create a rainbow arch that held a cup with the most pennies using pipe cleaners and playdough. They also had to design a tool with the given supplies that could lift their pot from the ground to the table. I was so impressed with their creativity and designs!!
We also added some graphing with jelly beans which is always fun since eating is involved!
The crew had to predict what would happen when they added their liquid to their "Pot!" They were thinking a gold coin would appear!
The crew didn't get the "gold coin" they predicted, but they LOVED the rainbow they got instead!
